Apparently Wordpress hasn’t figured this part of their system out yet. There are a number of stipulations if you want to set this up.
1) you must send the email in plaintext format only
2) you cannot have any apostrophe in either the subject line or the content of your email
3) it doesn’t like the word-wrap function […]
