Again, I’ve been lax in my posting, but it isn’t because I’ve completely ignored this blog. Life got exceedingly more hectic over the past month and. while I can’t get very detailed, I can use this post to explain. (or as some would say, present my lame excuses).
Back at the end of February, one of my co-workers lost his wife to cancer. In trying to respect his privacy, I will not provide any details here, but suffice it to say that the following week or so was very hard for me, both at work and at home and I still worry very much about my friend and how he is holding up.
March has been a flurry activity with Amy’s Birthday, and our 8th Anniversary as highlights. At work, one of our best Windows admins submitted his resignation and has since left for bigger and better things. I’m really going to miss having Scott around at work. His seemingly natural cheery disposition always seemed to lift me up. With him being gone, my workload has grown sizably.(Hence, lack of updates.)
I picked up The Elder Scrolls:Oblivion the other day. My gaming has pretty much dwindled down to nothing, but this is a game that I have been waiting for for quite a while. If you liked any of the previous TES installments, (Arena, Daggerfall, Morrowind) this one really and truly tops them all. What a beautiful game!
