Most people that know me, know that I am a complete stickler when it comes to grammar. While perusing Digg today, I ran into a great article from TechRepublic called 10 Flagrant Grammar Mistakes That Make You Look Stupid.
I know as a kid, English grammar was pounded into my skull repeatedly. Maybe it was because English was my parents’ second language… I’m not really sure. All I can really say is that it has been my experience that the use of poor grammar truly does adversely affect how others perceive you.

I wanted to comment on this when you posted it, but we were in Virginia for a wedding (Gray’s wedding). You know Gray. Anyway… as for my grammar which I know is not even mediocre on my blog, I actually was aware of all the rules and I believe that I try to follow 8 of them all the time.

I guess if I ever get to writing a novel, I better figure out what all those rules are… don’tcha think?
